What working with us actually looks like.
No mystery, no games: here’s the whole arc of a Weave’s job — from the photo you text to the moment the yard looks like we were never there.
Photo → written price → scheduled day → “on the way” text → the work → a yard cleaner than we found it. That’s the whole arc. No pressure visits, no mystery pricing, no crew you didn’t expect, no debris “we’ll get next week.”
1. You reach out — the easy way
Text photos of the tree to (727) 761-8618, use the quote form, or call. You’ll be talking to Cody, not a call center — he answers his own phone, and when he’s mid-climb, you’ll hear back when his boots hit the ground.
2. A real quote, in writing, first
Most jobs price accurately from photos, same day. Anything unusual gets a free in-person look. Either way the number lands in writing before anyone climbs anything — “price on the table before we climb” is the house rule, and it’s the same number afterward.
3. Scheduling that respects your day
You get a day and a window, and an on-the-way text when we’re rolling. You usually don’t need to be home — gates unlocked, pets in, cars out of the drop zone, and we handle the rest, with photos texted when we wrap.
4. The work, done like we said
The crew that shows up is the crew you hired — pink shirts, our equipment, licensed and insured (COI yours for the asking, before we start). The scope is the quoted scope; if we find something worth discussing mid-job, you hear about it before it changes anything.
5. Cleanup that people write reviews about
Everything we cut leaves with us unless you asked to keep it. Brush chipped, wood hauled, sawdust raked, walks and driveway blown. The standard is simple: cleaner than we found it — it’s the line our reviews repeat most, and we protect it.
- A written, transparent price before work starts — no surprises after.
- Spotless cleanup and full debris haul-away, every job.
- On-time arrival with a “we’re on the way” text.
- Owner-accountable: if it’s not right, Cody makes it right.
Questions Cody hears every week.
Do I need to be home for the quote or the work?
For most quotes, no — photos plus a walk-around usually does it, and Cody confirms details by text. For the work itself we just need access sorted (gates, pets, cars out of the drop zone). Plenty of jobs finish while the homeowner’s at work, with photos texted when we’re done.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed and insured, and a certificate of insurance is yours for the asking before we start. Any tree service that hesitates on a COI has answered a different question for you.
What does 'cleanup' actually include?
Everything we cut leaves with us unless you ask to keep it — brush, wood, sawdust raked, driveways and walks blown clean. Leaving the yard cleaner than we found it isn’t marketing, it’s the part reviews mention most.
Tell Cody about your tree.
